CANS Trust, a charity that aims to promote a better understanding of the law, would like to offer UKDPC members a 50% discount on the price of the Guide.

Since its introduction in 1995, the Disability Discrimination Act has been amended and had its scope expanded so that it now has an influence in all spheres of public life. From September 2002, provisions under the Act have been extended to cover Education.
